St. Mary’s Center, Inc. offers quality health care and supportive services for people living with HIV/AIDS. We operate an adult day health care (ADHC) program and a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in historic Morningside Heights, in Harlem, New York. However, our small, warm, comfortable, family atmosphere bring us clients and residents from all five boroughs of New York City. We work to guarantee our clients and residents special needs are met and help them maintain healthy lifestyle behaviors.

We provide our clients and residents with exceptional medical care, case management, recreational activities, physical therapy and nutritional counseling. Clients and residents enjoy activities such as arts and crafts, creative writing and cooking classes. There are also special events available to all, such as holiday celebrations and trips to amusement parks, museums and the movies. Our activity groups, covering HIV support group, love and relationships, and music therapy offer a chance to bond and express feelings positively.
